Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vimal. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Vimal.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent under the laws where you live.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Vimal has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send, or stream content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, is hateful, harasses or threatens others, promotes violence or self-harm, is sexually explicit, or infringes others' rights. Our full rules are in the Community Guidelines.
- Every post, comment, profile, message, story, and live stream can be reported, and any user can be blocked.
- We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.
- We may report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the authorities.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Vimal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it in order to operate the service. You can remove your content at any time.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases of digital content and subscriptions made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Purchases of physical goods are processed by Stripe.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Vimal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
