This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Vimal website. The iOS app does not use browser cookies.

Cookies we use

• Sign-in session — keeps you logged in and protects your account. These are essential: without them you can't sign in.
• Performance measurement (ab_variant) — a first-party cookie that groups page-speed measurements so we can keep the site fast. It contains no personal information and expires after 30 days.

Local storage

Your browser also stores a few settings on your device, such as theme, text size, recent searches, and your cart, so they persist between visits. This data stays on your device.

What we don't use

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cookies that track you across other websites. When you pay with a card on the web, our payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies to prevent fraud.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies will sign you out. Questions: privacy@vimal.app.
